There is no master combination that can open all the safes.

I lost all the keys of the safe, can I get a duplicate?
It is not possible to determine the encryption key, that is why there is no chance to make a duplicate of the same.

Entering the code, the safe gives no light signaling.
Apply the power supply to the safe from the outside, using the supplied cable, a battery holder for 6 AA batteries (art. 107 114 000) and 6 new alkaline batteries type AA and enter the combination code. Do not use universal power supplies, or power supplies that connect to the main power supply grid.

Can I use a universal power supply, or power supplies that connect to the main power supply grid, to power the safe externally?
No, because these usually provide power supply voltages higher than those reported and is very easy to damage the circuit board.
